Not sure if it's on YouTube, but yes, it's a commercial.

I think it's for Verizon Wireless or some phone company. It has these two kids talking to their parents, because their parents are using their new phones to access the internet. The mom is constantly writing "I love you" on her daughter's Facebook wall, and the dad is updating his Twitter excessively, such as "I'm sitting on the patio," during the commercial.
