Heres a little step by step for posting pics on the forum..
1) Go to an image hosting website like
Imageshack or
Photobucket (you have to sign up for using Photobucket)
2) Upload your pictures by clicking on "browse" or "choose files" and select your photos
3) After uploading you will get links for the photos on that image hosting site.
Imageshack - use "Direct link to image" - copy that URL and paste it here with using  )
or use - "Thumbnail for forums (1)" - and just paste that URL here
Photobucket - use "IMG code" and paste the URL here
